One thing worth saying early on: this isn’t a quick chat where you get handed a prescription in five minutes. What we offer is a proper health restoration programme, a monthly partnership built around gently and steadily improving your wellbeing on a deeper level, covering your mind, your emotions and your body together.
What Classical Homeopathy Actually Means
Classical homeopathy doesn’t look at symptoms in isolation. It looks at you, the whole person. Your thoughts, your emotions and your physical health are all connected, and treating them as separate things rarely gets to the root of a problem.
The aim is to gently support your body’s own natural ability to heal itself, in a way that lasts.
This is quite a different approach to conventional medicine, so it does ask for a bit of patience along the way. But when it’s followed properly, many people find the improvements run deep and tend to stay.
The First Consultation
Your first consultation matters a great deal, and it usually takes around an hour, sometimes longer if your case is more complex. We’ll have a relaxed conversation over a WhatsApp voice call, and during it we’ll ask you about things such as:
- Your main health concerns and your full medical history
- Your personality traits – What DIS-eases you in your routine, personal and professional life.
- Your emotions, including stress, fears, anxiety, grief or recurring dreams
- How you sleep, the positions you sleep in and any unusual habits at night
- The foods and drinks you love and the ones you can’t stand
- How weather, the seasons, temperature or your daily routine affect you
- Significant life events, relationships and personal pressures
- Your family’s medical history
Everything you tell us stays completely confidential.
If the patient is a child, or someone who needs a bit of extra support, a close family member, ideally the mother, is welcome to join the call.
How the Treatment Process Works
Once the first consultation is done, Dr Kaisrani takes time to study your case in full before choosing the remedy that suits you best. Your medicine is then sent straight to your address.
After that, here’s what ongoing care looks like:
- Follow up consultations are usually arranged every twelve to fifteen days
- Your progress is monitored closely, and the remedy or its strength is adjusted whenever needed
- You’re welcome to message us on WhatsApp at any point between follow ups if you need support
Treatment simply continues for as long as you’re noticing the benefit and want to keep going.
Monthly Fees for 2026
For patients in Pakistan Rs 40,000 per month (Pakistani Rupees Forty Thousand only)
For international patients £200 GBP or $300 USD per month, or the equivalent in your local currency
This monthly fee covers everything you need for the month ahead:
- A full review of your case and selection of your remedy
- All your follow up consultations and ongoing support
- Any adjustments made to your remedy or its potency
- Delivery of your medicine right to your door (sent via TCS courier within Pakistan)
A Few Practical Details
The monthly fee is paid in advance at the start of each month, and please note that fees aren’t refundable or transferable once paid. Consultations are currently held online only. Dr Kaisrani is generally available Monday to Friday, and is happy to adjust timings for patients joining from other countries. Weekends are kept free, reserved only for genuine emergencies.

How is this different from ordinary homeopathy?
We practise classical homeopathy, which treats the whole person rather than handing out separate remedies for separate symptoms. This usually leads to results that are deeper and longer lasting.
Is the fee charged per consultation or per month?
It’s a monthly programme fee rather than a per session charge. It covers your full support for the month, including follow ups, any remedy changes and delivery of your medicine.
Can consultations happen over video call instead?
WhatsApp voice calls are our main way of working, since they’re reliable wherever you’re based. Video calls can be arranged for certain cases if needed.
How long does treatment usually take?
This varies quite a bit from person to person. Some people start feeling better within first week, while long standing or chronic conditions can take upto one month to see real progress.
Do you treat children?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome, including babies. A parent, usually the mother, joins the consultation alongside them.
What happens if I don’t notice any improvement?
Your progress is reviewed regularly throughout treatment. If there’s no real improvement after a reasonable period, we’ll talk openly about whether to adjust the approach or stop altogether.
